Vanguard Phoenix Open Golf Tournament
Will be held at the Reston National Golf Course. Last years great event was enjoyed by over 70 golfers and raised over $14,000 for Vanguard.

Battling a substance disorder can be an ongoing and difficult journey. Fortunately, Vanguard Services Unlimited a 501(c) 3 organization is here to help.
For more than 40 years, Vanguard has been on the front lines in the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction right in our community.
Founded in 1962 in an Arlington (VA) church basement, Vanguard is the area's leader in addiction recovery, operating programs throughout metropolitan Washington, DC. On any given day, more than 200 adolescents and adults are enrolled in our outpatient and residential treatment programs. in addition, we are engaged in drug and alcohol education and prevention programs reaching hundreds of additional families and youth.
As the oldest and one of the most successful nonprofit treatment agencies in the area, Vanguard is proud to offer home, help and healing to people struggling with addictions. Since our founding, we have helped more than 30,000 men, women and teens overcome their substance abuse problems, rejoin their families and lead productive, fulfilling lives.

Vanguard Services Unlimited, a non-profit, community-based organization, offers high-quality treatment and recovery to individuals and their families who are suffering from the effects of substance abuse. With over 40 years of dedicated service to people regardless of their economic status, Vanguard seeks to help our clients become healthy, productive, self-sufficient citizens. Committed professional staff, Board members, and volunteers provide excellence in service to those in need.

Vanguard Works!
Vanguard has a 65 percent completion rate, exceeding the national average.
In addition, more than 70 percent of Vanguard clients who complete treatment remain in recovery, when surveyed 90 days following graduation.
We watch our graduates change old habits to rejoin their families, jobs and communities and lead productive, fulfilling lives.
